A double-sided sandstone from MinoSharp with a rough (240) and a medium side (1000), including two fixtures.
The coarser side is usually used for very damaged knives, and the finer side is usually used to grind the edge for a really good sharpness that lasts a long time. Depending on which shape the knife is in before grinding, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get a perfectly ground knife. The grinding stone works for all kinds of knives and brands, in addition to toothed knives.
