The knife is made in Japan and consists of CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, which is a very hard and durable material with an excellent sharpness that lasts a long time.
The knife should not be washed in a dishwasher. It is recommended to wash by hand with warm water and ordinary detergent and then wipe with a dry towel.
