Santoku knife in a classic design from the Norwegian EGO. The Santoku knife also cuts, dices and chops very small pieces, making prepping in the kitchen easy to perform with a perfect result.
The knives from EGO have excellent edge performance which provides incredibly sharp edges, excellent strength, high hardness and high corrosion resistance. The knives are very easy to sharpen again to regain their incredible sharpness.
