Fantastic small japanese chef's knife with a very thin 3-layer steel blade and SPG2 core, a japanese powder steel known for excellent resistance to wear and corrosion. Hardness level is 61HRC with an amazingly lasting sharpness. The soft line between the side supporting steel and the core steel makes an incredibly beautiful blade with design reminding of japanese swords. Revolution has an ergonomic soft, bent handle compared to many other models from japanese Zanmai.
